Our mission is to teach young men to put service before self.
Through the TIE program, members build character by developing a strong work ethic, self-respect, high academic aspirations, a spirit of entrepreneurship, respect for women, and the ability to empathize and recognize the experiences of others. We strive to:

Our Signature TIE Program experience lets students thrive.
Our capstone experience for members is our Signature TIE Program that takes students on a journey towards building a better understanding of what it means to grow as a leader and give back to the community.
