It started with a vision.

The vision for the Thomas Institute of Excellence was born out of my realization that too many young men lacked mentors within their families and communities to grow into thriving, servient leaders. Having been raised around strong male influences in my life, I wanted to sow the seeds to foster a legacy of success around the communities that poured so much into me. Since the organization's inception in 2018, it has been an honor watching these young men grow.
